Reviews must be based on genuine first-hand experiences. Incentivized reviews, fake reviews, or reviews submitted on behalf of a business are strictly prohibited and may be removed without notice.

5. Business Listings

Businesses may claim their listing on Gold Stars Reviews. Claimed businesses agree not to manipulate their review scores, solicit fake reviews, or engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform. Gold Stars Reviews reserves the right to remove or suspend any business listing at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Gold Stars Reviews name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Gold Stars Reviews and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Gold Stars Reviews does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
